Rest, self-care and a general game plan seems to help me the most. I like to work when inspired...which means I have to do the things that nurture me most in order to feel that inspiration and have the energy to act upon it when called. Very thought-provoking post. Thanks. I was in need of a little reflection.

Hmm...for staying efficient I need lists. And, I need to prioritize. Declutter. Not everything needs to get done when I think it should. I also need lots of rest to stay strong and keep my mind clear and open to finding new solutions to problems.

ugg good question. this has been on my mind for weeks (months? maybe even years!). organizing and simplifying is a huge one but it's also an overwhelming one. and the more i try the more i realize my health (physical and mental) are pivotal. but fitting all the pieces together is exhausting and chaotic at times. and often when i start to find a groove a wrench appears in the gears and screws me all up again. lol
