We are leaving today for a weekend in the Thousand Islands. These last few weeks have been bliss: bright sun, saphire skies, cool breeze. We’ve been living for summer as the early mornings are remind us that cool weather is coming. Is there anything better than a summer’s day? Your baby’s bare toes? A picnic at the park? Sometimes I feel like I’m living in a permanent state of nostalgia.
