Declaration of my Super Simple Birth Strategy

I’ve made a decision that feels SO much better than the back and forth worrying I’ve been doing about this baby and birth.

The Plan:

I’m going to have a baby. At some point in time, probably in the first week of July I will feel my body revving up to do some amazing transcendental life creation magic and mammalian instinctual behavior. I will act accordingly.

I will spend time with my family and surrounded by the perfect support team who will materialize accordingly and a perfect, new being will be born. It will be beautiful and awe-inspiring and I will feel amazing. We will celebrate and cry and gush and love and babymoon.

It is going to be wonderful.

And now that I have my birth plan I can get back to everyday life and stop worrying about it ;)

(I think this is my best birth plan yet!)

I sort of think the simplest birth plans are the best. Get a great support team in place, and just do it. I got that from “Birthing from Within” and it totally works for me.

Sounds like the best plan ever!
Now, where does the henna fit in? Parkday, blessingway, some other time and place?

Thanks Miranda! I swear it feels slightly epiphany-like and anyone experienced in birth whose heard it gives me a hell yeah! which boosts the confidence as well.

Mmmmmmm…..henna. What do you think? I need to talk to you too–I have another questions ;)

Sounds like a good plan. I am excited for you. My son was born July 8th & my husband is the 16th. Can’t wait until your baby’s birthday. Cancers are great people!
